Adult Fitness classes use boot camp exercises without the boot camp drill instructor. The group classes are self-paced with a supportive trainer. Our Adult Fitness workouts and conditioning exercises are created to improve strength and endurance for adults regardless of current physical fitness levels.

If you are trying to lose a few pounds, tighten and tone, improve your tennis or golf game, or just wanting to feel better and get into better shape, our adult fitness program will help you achieve your goals.

Our Adult Fitness classes are for adults of all ages. Our fitness programs work on improving strength and cardio endurance at the same time and at a pace that works for each individual client, while in a group class setting.

We have clients from Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Leander who regularly attend our fitness classes. We offer adult fitness training in the morning, evening and weekend to fit your busy schedule.

(Note: If you prefer to not be in a group setting for your personal fitness training, we do offer personal training sessions. Please call to discuss availability.)

Sat 9:00 – 10:00am
