Open Mat primarily focuses on Folkstyle wrestling drills top and bottom, as well as conditioning. Open to all wrestlers in the area.  Collegiate style of wrestling with the objective to control and pin your opponent. No experience necessary.  8 & up / Must have current USA wrestling card
