Strength training is a primary objective at Corespeed Gym. Our strength training workouts and conditioning exercises are designed to increase an athlete’s overall core strength and endurance.

Strength exercises are important to all ages from kids to seniors, both men and women. And for athletes of any sport – football, baseball, softball, volleyball, track and field, soccer, swimming, wrestling, etc., – including a strength program outside of school that is specifically designed for that particular sport will provide that athlete, student or pro, significant advantages over their competition.

We work on strength training and conditioning with middle school kids, high school athletes, college athletes, and Pro athletes from Round Rock, Austin, Hutto, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Leander.

We also have strength training classes for adults of all ages where we work on improving strength and endurance at the same time and at a pace that works for each individual client, while in a group strength class setting.

Strength Program

The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
